Welcome to kooo. By using kooo (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The service

kooo lets you create shared chat rooms, invite others via a link, and bring an AI assistant into the conversation. Free use includes a daily allowance of AI requests; paid plans expand it (see Pricing).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use kooo. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use kooo to:

• create, request, or share illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
• harass others, infringe intellectual property, or violate others' privacy;
• attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or abuse the AI;
• resell or misuse the Service or disrupt its operation.

AI output

AI replies are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

Accounts & subscriptions

• Most features work without an account; signing in adds history and Pro.
• Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) that auto-renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases of AI-request allowance.
• Billing, refunds, and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including removing content and banning abusive users. You may stop using kooo at any time and request account deletion.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kooo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
