Refund Policy
Effective June 2026
This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds for kooo Pro subscriptions and credit packs.
Subscriptions (Pro)
kooo Pro is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account or app-store settings — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
Refunds
If you were charged in error or are unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 daysof the charge and we’ll review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.
Purchases made through the Apple App Storeare governed by Apple’s refund process — request those via reportaproblem.apple.com.
